As you are aware, we send the items you order through a courier service. Due to the recent increase in fuel prices, courier companies have increased their charges per package to Rs. 450/= and Rs. 500/=. However, we are still charging only Rs. 350/= and covering the remaining cost ourselves.
Unfortunately, we are facing difficulties due to some customers placing fake orders or placing multiple orders from different pages and accepting only the first parcel that arrives, while returning the others. In such cases, we are still required to pay the full courier charges of Rs. 450/= or Rs. 500/= per package to the courierservice.
Therefore, we kindly request you to place orders responsibly and avoid unnecessary returns. Your understanding and cooperation are highly appreciated.
