😊 Nuts වර්ග ඇතුළත් සරල හා රසවත් වට්ටෝරුවක් මෙන්න:

මී පැණි නට් ශක්ති බයිට්ස් 🍯🥜

අමුද්‍රව්‍ය:
1.ඕට්ස් කෝප්ප 1
2.මිශ්‍ර ඇට වර්ග කෝප්ප 1/2 ( ආමන්ඩ්, කජු, රටකජු, walnuts)
3.මී පැණි මේස හැඳි 2
4.රටකජු බටර් මේස හැඳි 1 (විකල්ප)
5.චියා ඇට තේ හැඳි 1 (විකල්ප)

ක්‍රමය:
බඳුනකට ඕට්ස් සහ කපාගත් ඇට වර්ග මිශ්‍ර කරන්න.
මී පැණි සහ රටකජු බටර් එකතු කරන්න.
ඇලෙන තුරු හොඳින් මිශ්‍ර කරන්න.
ඔබ කැමති නම් මුද්දරප්පලම්/චියා බීජ එකතු කරන්න.
කුඩා බෝලවලට රෝල් කරන්න.

විනාඩි 30ක් ශීතකරණයේ තබා ගන්න.

😊 Here’s a simple and tasty recipe including nuts:

Honey Nut Energy Bites 🍯🥜

Ingredients:
1.1 cup oats
2.1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts, walnuts) chopped
3.2 tbsp honey
4.2 tbsp peanut butter
5.1 tbsp raisins (optional)
6.1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

Method:

Mix oats and chopped nuts in a bowl.
Add honey and peanut butter.
Mix well until sticky.
Add raisins/chia seeds if you like.
Roll into small balls.
Keep in fridge for 30 minutes.

Ready to eat 😍
