ඔබේ Facebook Professional Dashboard එකේ Engagement අගයන් වෙනදාට වඩා අඩු වී ඇති බව ඔබට පෙනෙනවා ඇති. නමුත් බය වෙන්න එපා, ඔබේ පෝස්ට් වලට ඇති ඉල්ලුම අඩු වෙලා නැහැ!

මොකක්ද මේ වෙලා තියෙන්නේ?
Meta සමාගම විසින් Facebook සහ Instagram දත්ත වාර්තා කරන ආකාරය වෙනස් කර තිබෙනවා. දැන් "Engagement" වෙනුවට පෙන්වන්නේ "Interactions" පමණයි.

මෙහි වෙනස මොකක්ද?

පෙර (Engagement): පෝස්ට් එකක් මත කරන ඕනෑම "Click" එකක් (උදා: See more ක්ලික් කිරීම) මෙයට ඇතුළත් වුණා.

දැන් (Interactions): මෙයට ඇතුළත් වන්නේ Like, Comment සහ Share පමණයි. සාමාන්‍ය Clicks මෙයට ඇතුළත් නොවන නිසා අගය අඩුවෙන් පෙනෙන්නට පුළුවන්.

ඔබ දැනගත යුතු වැදගත්ම දේ:
ඔබේ පෝස්ට් මිනිසුන් අතරට යන ප්‍රමාණය (Reach) හෝ පිටුවේ වර්ධනයට මෙයින් කිසිදු බලපෑමක් වෙන්නේ නැහැ. මෙය හුදෙක් දත්ත පෙන්වන ක්‍රමයේ වෙනසක් පමණයි!
