Or it turns out that Christmas is up ahead and your list is yet to be checked. Or you just have neither the patience nor the time to pick out that perfect gift for your "new" girlfriend's birthday. If you are among the few who:

-do not remember dates;
-do not have time to go gift shopping, nor know what to get when you do;
-do not have time to get that exquisite wrapping done to please your gir

lfriend;
-do not have time to deliver the present on time with all those meetings. Luckily for you, we are quite enthusiastic about doing everything that you don't. We don't know how it happened but for as long as we can remember, we love selecting gifts, organising little surprises and we sure as hell love wrapping gifts (and delivering em too!). How it works:

1. Get in touch with us and send us a message through Facebook with your requirement.*
2. We get back to you with a few basic questions and a time requesting for a 10-minute phone conversation. This is important if you do not know what to buy and would want us to intervene.
3. If you do not know what to buy, we revert with a few gift-options for you.
4. You make the selection, make the payment to our bank account and let us know the delivery details.**
5. Your beloved is surprised or pleased, you are not blamed for coming home without a birthday present and all is well.

*Minimum 48 hours notice is required. Those less than 48 hours will be taken on only after the consent of the management.

**Delivery takes place only between 10am and 04pm. So drop us a message to find out how you can not end up being "sibling" who forgot their Mother's birthday, again.

Belated New Year wishes from all of us at Gifted and last week also signified the 5th year anniversary since Gifted was established! Looking back, there is more that we would like to do and engage in (and of course post more here too) - but it is what it is and we function with a limited number of resources!

Here is a little picture we took of an අවුරුදු order we got from our loyal patrons living in the Netherlands. It was a delivery that required quick delivery ad it was the first time we were entrusting a delivery company and you could say that we were on our nerves!

We haven’t been super active here - the pandemic, life, work and well a lot of others doing the same thing (some even with the same name?!) with bigger budgets, better manpower and well more resources - it seemed to be the right thing to do 😊

We still do get a few friends and old clients who keep coming back for their annual gifts and that too is always pleasing to know. Thank you to all those who stuck around and who knows, 2021 might be different 🎁

💕 Happy Valentine’s Day! 🥰 .
We’ve been a bit quiet here because, if we are being honest, there simply isn’t just enough time. While we started this almost five years ago purely because we loved putting gift packages together, there wasn’t enough time or sometimes even the money to invest in it.
And as competition grew and similar pages started popping up, we took an (un)conscious step back because we couldn’t keep up. Our prices were more expensive than others because we couldn’t buy in bulk because we actually believe that “gift boxes” are not always the most personalised gifts. While there is nothing wrong with it, our philosophy differs from it. When you place an order with us, we take some time to speak to you via email/text/DM back and forth to find out more details about the recipient and take time to curate gift packages that are meaningful.
To date, even five years after, our spirit of gift giving has not changed. It’s not about how expensive the gift is really, but it is about giving them something they would genuinely appreciate. Of course having it nicely packaged is great, but as we also celebrate this day of love today, as with all the other days of love in a year, it comes down being aware of what’s on the inside, even in a gift box.
So you could say that we were pleasantly surprised after about nearly a year of not posting here on Instagram and being inactive on social media in general, when an old client, since 2017, reached out and asked if we could do a quick Valentine’s Day gift package for his wife. Being honest, we were unprepared, yet thrilled to take on this and even have some of our favourite Totes Brownies in the basket.
