- CSA International certification marks indicate that a product, process or service has been tested to a Canadian or U.S. standard and it meets the requirements of an applicable CSA standard or another recognized document used as a basis for ce

rtification.

- The Kiwa certification in Netherlands where the brands stand for quality, reliability and durability.

- WaterMark™ is a product quality certification mark provided by independent certifying authorities. It confirms the product complies with the Plumbing Code of Australia and the relevant Australian Standards, which relate to product quality, including health and safety, and warrant that it is fit for purpose.

- Water Conservation Product Certification refers to a series of activities conducted by CQM to certify some product is the water-saving product by issuing the water conservation product certificates and attaching the water-saving labels.

- Designated as an American National Standard, The UPC is designed to provide consumers with safe and sanitary plumbing systems while, at the same time, allowing latitude for innovation and new technologies. With the above certifications, Swiss Bathware has gone even further by inspecting the products individually after production where we check for the Swiss Quality Standards and import only the products which has passed the inspection. Every product after inspection carries a Quality Trust Icon. The warranty that we provide at Swiss Bathware are

- For the ceramic we give 20 years for recidential installation and 10 years for commercial installation.

- For the flushing system we give 03 years

- For the seat cover we give 01 year

Warranty card is provided for the ceramic and the flushing system.
