💼 Position: HoReCa Manager (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and manage the HoReCa sales channel across Sri Lanka
✅ Build strong relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Bakeries, Caterers, and Institutional Clients
✅ Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
✅ Achieve sales targets and expand market coverage
✅ Conduct product presentations, tastings, and customer meetings
✅ Manage key accounts and negotiate commercial agreements
✅ Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG or Food Service Sales
✔ Proven experience in the HoReCa sector
✔ Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
✔ Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
✔ Valid driving license and willingness to travel islandwide
✔ Results-oriented with a passion for customer relationship management
