We're Hiring: Independent Sales Partners
thePlug Pty Ltd is expanding its Sales Partner Network and invites suitably qualified individuals to apply for the position of Independent Sales Partner (Sales & Business Development).
Location: Remote — open to applicants across Lesotho
Type: Fully remote, commission-based
In this role, you will introduce local businesses to thePlug, demonstrate how our platform supports their growth, and assist them in becoming active users. The position is well suited to motivated individuals who value building long-term professional relationships.
Minimum requirements include:
A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
A proven track record in B2B sales or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Access to a laptop or desktop computer and a reliable internet connection
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general digital tools
Successful applicants will be invited to a virtual interview conducted via Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Selected partners receive initial training, ongoing product and sales support, and the opportunity to grow with one of Lesotho's emerging business technology platforms.
