As a guide, coach, and instructor, Markus Moser a.k.a. is one of Austria’s "technically most precise" snowboarders — the kind of rider whose style comes from spending a lifetime in the mountains, not in front of a camera.

And while spring is happening down low, winter is still very much alive higher up. Places like Hintertux are still delivering proper conditions… and perfectly shaped playgrounds.

Because yes — a halfpipe is built for airs. But carving it like a wave? Arguably very legit.

Under Markus’ feet: a glimpse of something new. A familiar name, completely reworked. The next-generation Singular arrives in Fall 2026.

Defying Conventions in Board Design Since 2004.

Convention #1:
Powder boards don’t carve on groomers.
❌ Wrong.
✅ Modern directional shapes don’t just float - they rail. When built right.

Convention #2:
Powder boards only make sense in deep powder.
❌ Wrong.
✅ 20 cm powder can feel like 40 cm when your board generates real float. It turns an average snowfall into a bottomless experience.

Convention #3:
People are using the term “volume shifted” boards.
❌ Wrong.
✅ Snowboards don’t have volume. What you feel is dynamic float, not displacement. We call it surface shift — because performance comes from how the board's geoemtry interacts with snow, not how much “volume” it has.

Even far below the tree line, conditions are still firing, as Patrick Pitter proves with a deep morning session right in his Austrian backyard. Cold smoke, untouched lines, and that unmistakable feeling of a season that’s not ready to let go just yet. Moments like these are a reminder that the best days often come when you least expect them — and sometimes, all it takes is stepping outside, strapping in, and going on a little Surfari of your own.
