France Café Cours is a modern speciality coffee roastery established in Pézenas, a little medieval city full of history.

Coffee is above all a matter of time. It is here, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, that we work to get the most out of our green coffee beans. Coffee is also about people’s lives. The life and work of coffee producers that we want to put on the front of stage. All of our premium coffees are selected for the hight quality of that work. As coffee roasters, we think that a great coffee just have to be reveal.

MA MÉMOIRE — .junliang

Trained at the China Academy of Art in Hangzhou, Ma Junliang lives and works in Strasbourg.

His work extends the tradition of Chinese ceramics as a field in transformation. The Ma Mémoire series draws on the sancai glazes of the Tang dynasty.
Applied in layers and through imprinting, the glaze creates partially unpredictable surfaces. The hand-thrown forms remain simple, allowing these variations to emerge.

Edition of 12. Each piece is unique.
