Dear VIVANI friends,

we are very pleased to introduce our new VIVANI Demeter chocolate line!

We have supported our partners in the Dominican Republic in the conversion of three cacao farms to biodynamic farming and are now receiving the first Demeter-certified cacao beans, which we will process into wonderful chocolates. We use them to make the following three varieties:

70% Cacao (90g) : delicate creamy fine dark chocolate, refined with milk powder. Unusual, but very fine composition.

Dark 80 % Cacao (90g): strong cocoa note with subtle sweetness.
Dark Blood Orange 100 % Cacao (90g): puristic indulgence, with a refreshing fruity note of blood orange.

"Bean-to-bar": completely traceable from the three Demeter Fincas in the Dominican Republic, own roasting and grinding.

You don't even have to fire up the oven for this one! 🍰 Our delicious tartlet is surrounded by ladyfingers in the tradition of a classic Charlotte Cake. In our case, of course, with chocolate dipped ladyfingers! Inside waits a fluffy chocolate-vanilla cream. The crowning is a luscious bouquet of raspberries. This is what summer tastes like!

En época de verano las meriendas y los desayunos tienen un ingrediente único, ¿sabéis cuál es? El tiempo. La tranquilidad de saber que todo va más pausado, que los minutos se alargan y todo se disfruta más y mejor.
