Le Groupe TBS recherche une assistante organisée, sérieuse et motivée pour accompagner la Direction dans le suivi de ses activités.

Tes missions :

Suivi des tâches, du planning et des actions décidées par la Direction

Préparer des tableaux de bord (ventes, stocks, paiements, production…)

Aider à la gestion administrative (devis, factures, documents…)

Suivi des paiements, relances, classement

Organisation des dossiers, des priorités et des communications internes

Coordination avec toute les équipes.

Soutien logistique (travaux, livraisons, commandes)

Profil recherché :

Sérieuse, organisée, rigoureuse

Bonne maîtrise d’Excel

À l’aise avec les outils numériques

Sens des priorités et respect des délais

Discrétion, fiabilité, autonomie

Expérience administrative = un plus

- Vendre en magasin et en ligne (Facebook / Marketplace / WhatsApp)
- Faire des publications attractives
- Prospecter entreprises, association, écoles...
- Suivre les stocks et proposer des actions commerciales
