Pallet များအကြောင်း (လေ့လာရန် ကြာချိန် ၃မိနစ်)
Size : Pallet တွေမှာ အရိုးရှင်းဆုံး Dimension သုံးမျိုးရှိပါတယ် (အကျယ် x အလျား x အမြင့်). အသုံးပြုမည့်ကုန်စည်အမျိုးအစားနှင့် အရွယ်အစားကို အရင်ဆုံးသိရှိဖို့လိုပါတယ်။
Material(ကုန်ကြမ်း) : Pallet များထုတ်လုပ်ရာတွင် အဓိကကုန်ကြမ်းနှစ်မျိုးဖြစ်သည့် PP(Polypropylene) နှင့် HDPE (High-density polyethylene)တို့ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် ထုတ်လုပ်သောစက်ရုံအမျိုးမျိုးမှ အခြားကုန်ကြမ်းအမျိုးစားပေါင်းများစွာကို အသုံးပြုပါတယ် ဥပမာ- PP , High grade of PP, Recycle HDPE , Recycle HDPE + Virgin HDPE, 100% Virgin HDPE တို့ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ တာရှည်ခံဆုံးနှင့်အရည်သွေးအမြင့်ဆုံး 100%virgin HDPE ကတော့ ဈေးအမြင့်ဆုံးဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
Loading Capacity (တင်နိုင်အား): Palletများပေါ်တွင် တင်ဆောင်ရန် အများဆုံးတင်နိုင်အားဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
Pallet များပါ်တင်ဆောင်ရန် သိထားသင့်တဲ့ တင်နိုင်အား(၃)မျိုးရှိပါတယ်။
(၁) Static Load - ထုတ်ကုန်သွင်းကုန်တွေကို တစ်နေရာထဲမှာ စီစဥ်တကျသိမ်းဆည်းထားရှိရန်၊
(၂) Dynamic Load – Handlift, Forklift စတာတွေနဲ့ ရွေ့ပြောင်းတင်ဆောင်အသုံးပြုရန်၊
(၃) Racking Load - ၀န်ပေါ့သောကုန်စည်များကို တင်ဆောင်ပြီး အထပ်လိုက်ထားရှိသိမ်းဆည်းရန်နှင့်
ရွေ့လျားသယ်ယူအသုံးပြုနိုင်ရန်၊
Surface(မျက်နှာပြင်): မျက်နှာပြင်အပြည့်နှင့်အပေါက်ပါသောမျက်နှာမြင်နှစ်မျိုးရှိပါတယ်။ မိမိတင်ဆောင်မည့်ကုန်စည်အမျိုးအစားပေါ်မူတည်ပြီးရွေးချယ်အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါတယ်။
Bottom Support : ယနေ့ဈေးကွက်မှာအသုံးပြုနေတဲ့ အမျိုးအစားကတော့ သစ်သားPallet များနှင့်ပုံစံတူ အခြေသုံးချောင်း Palletများဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ဒါပေမယ့် အောက်ခြေအမျိုးအစား (၄)မျိုးနဲ့ Pallet တွေအကြောင်း သင်သိထားဖို့လိုမယ်ထင်ပါတယ်။
(1) 3 Runner Type (အောက်ခြေသုံးချောင်း) : ဒီပုံစံကတော့ များသောအားဖြင့် အလယ်လတ်လုပ်ငန်းသုံးနဲ့ Heavy လုပ်ငန်းသုံးတွေအတွက်ရည်ရွယ်ပါတယ်။ လေးလံတဲ့ကုန်စည်တွေ တင်ဆောင်ဖို့နဲ့ သယ်ယူမ,တင်မယ့် ဘယ်စက်ပစ္စည်းအမျိုးအစားနဲ့မဆို အဆင်ပြေအောင် ဖန်တီးထားခြင်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
(2)Double Deck Type (မျက်နှာပြင်နှစ်ဖက်ပုံစံ) : ဒီပုံစံကတော့ ဂျုံ/ဘိလပ်မြေ/ဆန် အစရှိ တဲ့ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းအိတ်တွေ တင်ဆောင်ပြီး Pallet တစ်ခုပေါ် တစ်ခုထပ်တင်အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါတယ်။ မျက်ပြင်နှစ်ဖက်လုံချောမွေ့ညီညာပြီး ထပ်တင်ရလွယ်ကူစေပါတယ်။မျက်နှာပြင်နှစ်ဖက်လုံး အသုံးပြုနိုင်တဲ့ အမျိုးစားများလည်းရှိပါတယ်။
(3)Cross/Window Type(ကြက်ခြေခတ်/အဖွင့်ပုံစံ):
ဒီအမျိုးအစားကလည်း ကုန်ပစ္စည်းတွေကို Pallet တစ်ခုပေါ်တင်ပြီး အခြားတစ်ခု ထပ်မံ ထပ်တင်အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါတယ် ။ အပေါ့စားကုန်စည်တွေ အတွက်သာ အဆင်ပြေနိုင်ပါတယ် ဘာလို့လဲဆိုတော့ ဒီအမျိုးအစားက အခြားသောအမျိုးအစားတွေထက် ဈေးနှုန်းသက်သာပြီး အပေါ့စား လုပ်ငန်းတွေ အတွက် ရည်ရွယ်ထုတ်လုပ်ခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
(4)ခြေထောက်မျိုးအစား(၉ချောင်း/၁၈ချောင်း/၃၆ချောင်း : ဒီအမျိုးစားကတော့ အပေါ့စားကုန်စည်နှင့် exportလုပ်ငန်းများအတွက်ရည်ရွယ်ထုတ်လုပ်ထားတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
Equipment Compatibility: Pallet များဖြင့် အသုံးပြုနိုင်သော စက်အမျိုးအစား(၃)မျိုးရှိပါတယ်။(၁)Forklift (၂)Handlift (၃) Stacker ။ မည့်သည့်စက်အမျိုးအစားနှင့်အသုံးပြုသင့်ကြောင်း သင့်အနေနဲ့သိထားဖို့လည်းလိုအပ်ပါတယ်။
၁)4 ways : Pallet ၏ မည့်သည့်ဘက်ကမဆို ထည့်သွင်းမ,တင်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
၂)2 ways : Pallet ၏ မျက်နှာချင်းဆိုင် မျက်နှာပြင်နှစ်ဖက်ထဲသာ အသုံးပြုသင့်ပါတယ်။
၃): N/A : အသုံးပြု၍မရသော စက်အမျိုးအစားကိုရည်ညွှန်းခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။
အထက်ပေါ်ပြပါ နည်းလမ်းတွေကတော့ သင့်အနေ့နဲ့Pallet ဝယ်ယူအသုံးပြုတော့မယ်ဆိုရင် သိထားသင့်တဲ့အခြေခံအချက်တွေဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ပိုမိုသိရှိလိုပါက အချိန်မရွေးစုံစမ်းမေးမြန်းနိုင်ပါတယ်။

Understand the plastic pallet specification in 3 min
Size : The plastic pallet will mention clearly with 3 dimension – Width x Length x Height. You should calculate your cargo size to match with the dimension of pallet.
Material : There are only 2 main kinds of material to produce plastic pallet are PP (Polypropylene) and HDPE (high-density polyethylene). But by the actual material that the factory use can be many type of material such as PP , High grade of PP, Recycle HDPE , Recycle HDPE + Virgin HDPE, 100% Virgin HDPE etc. The most durable is 100%virgin HDPE but the price is the most expensive as well.
Loading Capacity : The maximum weight for loading on the surface of plastic pallet. Which there are 3 type of loading capacity that we need to know.
1) Static load : The maximum weight a pallet can hold when placed on solid ground.
2) Dynamic load : Refer to the maximum weight a pallet can hold when moving on a forklift truck
3) Racking load : The maximum weight a pallet can carry all together when placed into pallet racking ( if you want to put pallet on racking system )
Surface : Solid type and Ventilation type are only 2 options for your consideration for plastic pallet. Which type is match with you it is depend on your type of cargo.
Bottom support : It is the bottom part of plastic pallet. Mostly people are familiar with 3 runner button support design as it is the same wooden pallet. But for plastic pallet, there are 4 standard type of bottom support that you should know
1) 3 Runner type : It is designed for medium and heavy duty. Its structure needs to bear for heavy weight cargo and compatible with all kind of machine type
2) Double Deck type : It is designed for cargo in bag or sack which needs to stack on top of another pallet. So, the surface of pallet is smooth for both size (Top and Bottom surface)
3) Cross / Window type : It is designed for cargo which need to stack on top bof another pallet.
4) Feet type (9 feet,18 feet , 36 feet) : It is designed for light weight duty or export cargo. So, its function is light weight, nestable for easy to keep and cheaper price when compare with other type of pallet.
Equipment compatibility : There are 3 kind of machines that compatible with pallet 1) Forklift 2) Hand lift 3) Stacker. On the specification will mention clearly that how many ways we can use with the plastic pallet.
1) 4 ways : mean the equipment can use all direction of plastic pallet
2) 2 ways : mean the equipment can use only 2 direction of plastic pallet
3) N/A : meant the equipment is not compatible with this plastic pallet.
