There are two ways by which you can order and purchase products on casmia shopping page.
1. Pre-Order
If you have any specific product that you'd like to order, then we'd like to ask you to send pre-order request to our chat box and we will make sure to reply to you within 24 hours. Afterwards, you can describe the features and brand name of the product that you'd like us to order for you and we will inquire about the cost and shipping fees of the product and finally, purchase the product on behalf of you. Please remember that pre-ordering period can last from 1 to 5 weeks, so we would like to make an official request and apology to all the customers to patiently wait for the products until they arrive and we will collect partial payment in advance (i.e., half the amount of the product's cost) for any product that is over 30,000 in Myanmar currency.
2. In Stock Purchase
Apart from pre-ordering, you can also order and buy the products which are already available on our page by sending direct message to our chat box or ringing our hotline number which is given on our homepage. Delivery Time
As soon as we have received your products, we will make sure to deliver them to you within 48 hours. Please also understand us if we can't make it in time because there may be times when we are loaded with customers' requests but we always try to meet our customers' expectations by shortening the delivery time as much as possible.
