Ngi Mu is privileged to be part of this cohort and grateful for the opportunity to learn, reflect, and gain valuable insights that can be applied to the enterprise’s journey.
Among the many valuable lessons, two messages have resonated most deeply.

This message highlights the importance of not only having a meaningful story, but also structuring and communicating it clearly, so that the purpose, impact, and journey of Ngi Mu can be understood by others.
The second message that stands out is that the founder is the guide, while the community are the heroes of the enterprise.
For Ngi Mu, the true heroes are the artisans. Their skills, dedication, resilience, creativity, and craftsmanship are at the heart of the enterprise.
The founder may guide the journey, but the artisans bring the story of Ngi Mu to life through their hands, skills, and commitment.
