I don't want to be the one who harm this planet and keep ignoring the fact that this world is dying because of our selfishness. I know I need to do something to change this sit

“I own so many things but I don't feel it nessisary!” I feel happy when I have less things in life. I have more time, space and energy to focus on things that really matter to me, I choose Experieces over Things. When your life have so many distraction, how can you have time sit and sip a tea or coffee and think what is truly important to you?

對於極簡生活,我一直非常嚮往, 我相信擁有越少物品, 就會越自由、快樂。我有更多的時間, 空間和能量去思考幸福的真諦, 當生活中有太多的雜訊就容易分心, 你哪會還有時間靜下心來想想什麼才是對你最重要的事? 現在的我更重視生活上的體驗和心靈上的滿足。

當我開始檢視自己的生活, 發現家裡很多東西跟本沒有用, 生活盡是浪費,而且一直而來也忽視塑膠所帶來的環境問題, 我不想繼續做哪個破壞環境, 不停製造垃圾我一可以再對其他生物的生命、痛苦置之不理。
我愛我的兒子,我希望他以後可以生活在一個更好更健康的世界上。成為母親,令我對於其他生命有了更深刻的感受。

我知道太過完美主義并不現實, 只會令人害怕踏出第一步, 但我相信,即使一個小改變, 小至拒絕一個膠袋.少至叫少一次外賣已經足夠,請記住每一步都是一個勝利。身邊的人可能就會因為你的一個舉動而跟著改變。我和我的老公實行零浪費生活時間并不長,但我們深信每一天透過微小行為的改變, 我們都在為成為更好的人, 我希望越來越多人加入我們。
