Vespa GTS 300 Notte service/upgrade:

原車NG 制動碟長時間使用後厚度低於下限(min. 3.5mm), 剛好制動皮亦損耗至厚度不足1mm, 於是整套制動碟及皮換上西班牙Galfer的classic 系列及Polini 的燒結高性能制動皮. 在不改動制動系統下發揮最佳制動力.

電池亦出現疲態, 更換新電池後又再恢復應有狀態.

當年少時經常在街上見到的“火水車”不再常見,就會成為一個年代的經典及代表. Honda CM200T, 經歷四十幾年後的歲月洗禮, 反而成為一個勾起兒時記憶的icon.

年檢對於這位老人家的確有點坷刻, 不過做好應做準備後這位老人家依然老當益壯. 順利過關.

襯準備體檢時更換前後輪胎, 由於車胎屬舊世代英式規格, 現今可以搵到的高質輪胎已是買少見少, 所以才會前後輪不同品牌組合一起.

之後就會準備全車翻新計畫, stay tuned ‼️

Ducati Scrambler full throttle service:
🔸Ducati genuine clutch return spring kit

這台Scrambler 因用了不適合該引擎的機油起初出現轉檔困難及空檔難以搜尋問題, 最後引致離合器磨損出現打滑現象. 經拆解發現有幾片摩擦片及從動鋼片出現嚴重磨損, 離合器復位彈簧亦因疲勞減短了長度. 清洗乾淨整個離合器驅動盤及更換所有配件後問題解決.

維修個案分享 : Yamaha QBIX 125 充電不良/怠速不穩

車主求助因座騎怠速容易死火及新換電池約個多月就會電壓過低不能起動. 已經去過其他店家做檢查但未能解決. 細問之下發覺有可疑, 拆開檢查即發現節流閥/入氣歧管積碳嚴重,火嘴亦損蝕至點火不良. 清洗乾淨整個節流閥本體及歧管氣道加上更換新火嘴, 怠速即回復正常.

由於QBIX配備的是舊式單相半波整流設計, 充電電壓要有一定轉速才可正常輸出, 怠速過低會引致電池長期充電不足甚至過放, 車主可切換儀錶的電壓功能檢查充電狀態以預防出現類似問題.
