We are seeking an enthusiastic and design-oriented Sales Consultant to join our showroom floor. You will guide customers through our collections, offer expert design advice, and help them find the perfect pieces to illuminate and elevate their living spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly, assess their design needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
Product Expertise: Master the features and benefits of our lighting and home goods catalog (e.g., lumens, color temperature, fixture styles, and materials).
Sales & Closing: Guide customers through the buying process, process transactions, and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
Showroom Maintenance: Ensure displays are clean, well-lit, and visually appealing to inspire shoppers.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in retail sales, interior design, or a customer-facing home goods environment.
- A keen eye for interior design and a passion for home decor.
- Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English with the ability to build genuine relationships.
- Basic computer skills for processing orders and inventory checks.
