DETERGENT AND PERSONAL CARE STORE SUPERVISOR

For the opening of new stores in Malta, we are recruiting a Detergent and Personal Care Store Supervisor to join our growing Team.
The selected candidate shall be responsible in overseeing all operations.

Responsibilities include:
- Oversee store operations and empower staff to maintain cleanliness in the store and to excel in customer service.
- Check the store’s inventory management system for all areas and keenly adopt category management techniques and FIFO principles.
- Train and oversee that all shelves adequately stocked and promotions are often communicated to customers.
- Observe and recommend ways in which revenue streams and customer expectations can be met and maximized.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate would:
- Be eager to lead and develop the competencies of team members
- Hold a valid Food Handling License.
- Have an ECDL Certificate or proficiency in MS Office.
- maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
Knowledge of Malta’s national languages (English and Maltese) and Italian language will be preferential

Training for this role will be given, however, PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITHIN A SIMILAR ROLE WILL BE CONSIDERED AN ASSET.

DETERGENT AND PERSONAL CARE STORE STACKER
To open new store in Malta, We are currently recruiting for a full-time Stacker to support our Detergent and Personal Care Store operations in Malta. The selected candidate shall be responsible to ensure the adequate stock is maintained for sale at the store.

The person chosen for this role will report to the Store Supervisor.

Responsibilities include:
- Check and ensure adequate stock levels on display.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure products are bought and delivered on time.
- Recommend new products to managers.
- Maintain high quality interaction with customers
- Keep your working area clean and organized.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate would:
- hold a valid Food Handling License
- have good verbal and written communication skills
- be computer literate
- be health and safety conscious
- maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

Knowledge of Malta’s national languages (English and Maltese) and Italian language will be preferential
