Do cats clean themselves?
Absolutely.
After all, we also wipe our face with a cleansing wipe and immediately feel ready for a complete skincare routine. Oh wait… not quite. 👀🐱
The truth is, a cat's coat may always look flawless, but between shedding, tangles, excess oil and dust, even His Majesty occasionally needs a helping hand... or rather, a bath!
Not to turn bath time into a soap opera (although some cats will certainly try), but to respect their skin, pH and coat type with products specifically designed for cats.
So yes, the cat already does a great deal on his own.

E-Commerce, Digital Operations & Sales Executive

Tat-Targa Pet Shop is seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an E-Commerce, Digital Operations & Sales Executive.

This role combines retail sales, e-commerce management, digital operations, procurement, and supply chain coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both working with customers and managing online platforms and business systems.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers and drive sales in-store.
Manage and update our Shopify website, including products, pricing, collections, and promotions.
Support online sales channels such as Wolt and other digital platforms.
Manage and maintain product information across business systems.
Support marketing activities, email campaigns, customer retention campaigns, and website content updates.
Use AI-powered analytical and marketing tools, including Klaviyo, to analyse customer behaviour, improve campaign performance, and drive online sales.
Assist with procurement activities, supplier coordination, stock replenishment, and supply chain planning to ensure product availability.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with forecasting and purchasing requirements.
Prepare reports and identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and profitability.
Assist with the day-to-day administration of Odoo and other business systems.
Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales and customer service.
Experience with Shopify, Odoo, Canva, Klaviyo, and digital marketing platforms is required.
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and online sales.
Experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations is considered an asset.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365.
Comfortable using AI and automation tools to improve business performance and efficiency.
