Our CEO, Mr. Lormus Bundhoo, and members of our management team recently had the honour of welcoming our valued partners from The Estée Lauder Companies for an exclusive preview of our newly designed retail space dedicated to showcasing the latest product innovations on our shop floor.
Our partners were highly impressed by the seamless collaboration, strong teamwork, and exceptional commitment demonstrated by our shop team throughout the implementation of this exciting new section. Their dedication has been instrumental in bringing this vision to life and further enhancing the overall passenger shopping experience.
As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation, excellence, and continuous growth in travel retail, Mr. Bundhoo shared an inspiring vision for the future — one focused on strengthening global partnerships and creating opportunities for knowledge exchange.
A key initiative being explored is the establishment of a collaborative exchange program with our international partners, allowing our dedicated shop floor team members to gain valuable global exposure by visiting leading duty-free destinations worldwide.
