*** SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ***
Delivery is done directly to your address within 2- 4 weeks by post. Shipping includes Tracking Number which you can use to check shipping status of your order either online or by calling your local post.
*** RETURNS AND REFUNDS ***
Kindly cross- check Sizes according to measurements given for each item. We take every reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, measurements and specifications are accurate but there may be variations between these and the goods supplied. We make every effort as well to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on our website but the actual colours will depend on your monitor; we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. *** RESTOCKING PERIOD ***
Normally it takes 3 weeks to restock OOS items but we would advise you the following options:
1. Replace item with another item. (Note Replacing Item may run OOS too as we work on a first- come- first- serve basis)
2. Wait for restocking period of 3 weeks.
3. (i) Request a refund after OOS advise.
3. (ii) Request a refund after 3 weeks restocking period in case of non- restock.
