Our store is located in the center of Port-Louis, where you can enjoy plenty of food options for your lunch time.

We are looking for a dynamic & energetic individual to join our team as an Analyst on a full-time basis. Whether you're looking for a career change, or a fresh new opportunity to enhance your computer skills and gain valuable experience digitizing a business, this is perfect for you.

Minimum Requirements:
-School certificate (SC)
-Fluent in English/French/Creole (Written & Verbal)
-Ability to type on a keyboard fluently
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

The main responsibilities are as follows:
- Input stock imports and monitor goods sold to maintain an accurate inventory level.
- Prepare monthly VAT returns.
- Be the point of contact for any stock related inquiries.
- Create price tags for new product imported.
- Maintain accuracy of our product database, including price list and item list.
- Input client orders in the system and check for availability.
- Photo-shoot all new product imported to help referencing.

Other duties when required:
- Help take client orders at the store using our database system.
- Assist in fulfilling orders from our multiple warehouses.
- Help other team members where required.

The Position

We’re looking to fill an open full-time permanent “Retail Analyst” role. He/She will play a key part in the company’s effort to digitize its operations and make it more efficient. Overtime available based on business needs. We offer a very competitive compensation, including salary, bonuses and transportation costs.

Job Description:

-Assist and deal with customer queries.
-Update stock inflow and outflow on a daily basis.
-Work on pricing models for regular & promotional items.
-Design and create shelf/product label.
-Manage shelf placement with new product arrivals according to our merchandising strategy.
-Work on different financial models for budgeting/reporting purposes on Excel.
-Perform other ad-hoc requests as required.

Job Requirements:

-Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
-Ability to resolve problems, & convey information clearly and accurately
-Ability to multitask and take initiatives to suggest process improvements
-Fluent in English, French & Creole (Writing & Speaking).
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a must.
-Minimum Form 5 completed.

The Location

We’re located in the centre of Port-Louis, the core of all commercial activity, 24 Jummah Mosque Street in close proximity to Gare le Nord bus station and Chinatown.
