Some places feed you. The special ones make you feel at home.

Namaste Restaurant marked its 25th birthday during a beautiful celebration at its restaurant in Le Caudan Waterfront and what a story these 25 years tell.

A founder with a vision. A team that has carried it forward with passion, day after day. And the loyal guests who have made Namasté not just a restaurant but a Port-Louis institution.

We were deeply moved to mark this milestone in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Dharambeer Gokhool, President of the Republic of Mauritius, a testament to the place Namasté holds in the heart of this city.

This year, Le Caudan Waterfront turns 30. And Namasté has been part of this waterfront's heartbeat for 25 of those years, growing alongside us and reminding us everyday why Port-Louis deserves a place where people can gather, experience and belong.

Two milestones. One waterfront. One shared story, built on trust, warmth and decades of making people feel truly welcome.

To the founder, Atma Bumma and the entire Namasté family: congratulations. Here's to many more years of full tables, familiar faces and the kind of hospitality that stays with you long after the meal. ✨

🥁The drums have faded. The dragons have rested. But the feeling stays.

Last Sunday, Le Caudan Waterfront came alive for the 18th edition of the Dragon Boat Festival and what a day it was.

For many years, Le Caudan Waterfront has placed culture and the arts at the heart of its identity. We have always believed that a waterfront is a place to experience, to celebrate and to belong. The Dragon Boat Festival is, in many ways, the perfect expression of that conviction.

18 editions. Eighteen years of drums and dragons on this harbour, of Mauritians from every background standing side by side on this esplanade. That is not just an event: that is a legacy built together.

Our deepest gratitude goes to the partners who have trusted Le Caudan Waterfront year after year:

🙏 Ministry of Arts and Culture
🙏 Dragon and Lion Dance Federation
🙏 Chinese Speaking Union
🙏 China Cultural Centre

Thank you for making this waterfront a stage for our shared culture. See you next year. 🌊🎶

🎶 Two days. One waterfront. And a stage that’s open to everyone.

Fet La Mizik is back at Le Caudan Waterfront on 19 & 20 June with an exceptional lineup: Megane Carver Quartet, Mica & Friends, Nula Groove, Leo & the Mystic Groove, Bernard Moonsamy and Langaz Ravann bringing the best of Mauritian music to Port-Louis.

And if you have got talent, the Open Stage is yours. Singer, musician, spoken word: come and share it with us.
