The first shopping mall of its kind in the northern part of the island, it contributed not only in uplifting the fairly barren and industrial la

ndscape of Riche Terre but also in bringing a whole new shopping experience to communities within its catchment area and beyond. In 2008, Foresite Property acquired the shopping mall through its property fund, Ascencia. Taking into consideration the ageing premises and the changing face of competition, the new management took the daring step of embarking on an extensive redevelopment of the shopping mall in 2012. In reviewing the design of the Riche Terre Mall, the concept was to skilfully combine contemporary and elegant architectural design with functional convenience, vitality, accessibility and an appealing tenant mix. The new shopping mall promises to exceed the expectations of shoppers and tenants by offering an enjoyable lifestyle experience beyond mere shopping. The fresh and modern architecture of the Riche Terre Mall contributes to create the welcoming atmosphere of an Oasis amidst a fairly barren landscape. The mall has carefully readapted its tenant mix, with some 70 outlets to cater for all needs. From the budget shopping of factory shops and local products to the high-end branded shops and international brands, there is a shop for everyone. Riche Terre Mall will have an additional food court, and a total of 25 food outlets to satisfy all taste buds.
