The profound wisdom of the following expression deserves to be remembered daily:
"The fool does what others want, the smart one does what he wants, the wise one only does what is necessary.ā
We should set our intention daily to filter our thoughts with discernment, to make the wisest decisions, and to undertake only necessary actions, the "appropriate" ones.
Every day we have the opportunity to negotiate our resources, time, and energy. It is crucial to learn how to manage them efficiently. We should not be too influenced by the desires and expectations of others, we should not constantly seek validation or acceptance from the outside. This way we become independent and take responsibility for our actions and their results, without blaming others.
Often, we act assuming certain things, sometimes more realistic, other times not. How many times have we rushed, made efforts, and then discovered it was not necessary or it was not worth it?
Many times nobody may ask for our help, but we offer it unnecessarily, therefore, it is important to observe our first reaction, the first impulse, to analyze and āweighā carefully if it is necessary to really get involved. We have no real obligation. There is a risk that we will fuss for no reason, lose our peace, and turn everything upside down. Many times, we made efforts, lost time and money, and ended up in situations where we did not want to be, just because we did not have the strength to say NO from the beginning. It's ideal to always help each other, but don't overreach, don't get involved in a task that is too hard for you.
The wise one chooses the path that aligns with what is right and necessary, understanding that many personal desires do not lead us to evolution. The wise one knows that joy does not come from having, doing, or winning more than necessary,he knows that joy is in accepting the present, in calming the mind, in harmony with life, in ābeingā.
Gradually gaining time, reserve at least 15 minutes daily for your peace. Become aware of your inner self, your thoughts, emotions, and body. In this way, you will raise the vibration and from this high vibration, you will resonate high, you will attract abundance, healing, joy with simplicity and little effort because what is inside is also outside. Reserve time daily and read divine truth, grow, elevate spiritually, accumulate love in you.
The fool does what others want, the smart one does what he wants, the wise one only does what is necessaryā¦this expression deserves to serve us as a guide in life!
