Every journey begins with a first step. 🧺🌿
Today,new ladies joined Elyn Baskets for their very first weaving lesson. What makes this moment even more special is seeing women we previously trained now taking the role of teachers and passing their knowledge on.
At Elyn, we believe a skill becomes more powerful when it is shared. We learn, we teach, and we pass it on.

There is something special about watching someone learn a skill you once only knew for yourself. ❤️🧺
These women are not just weaving baskets—they are learning a craft, building confidence and creating possibilities for themselves.
When I look at them, I see the bigger picture of what Elyn Baskets is becoming. A place where knowledge is shared, traditional skills are revived, and women are given an opportunity to create with their own hands.
What was almost forgotten, we are bringing back to life—one woman, one skill and one basket at a time.
