There is this say and I quote "Forget the thief waiting in the alley to sn**ch your purse. What about the thief in your mind? Discover how to work with your mind to figure out the best possible direction for you". Have you ever come across this word or before? For some it may just be a mere word but to some this word is because they always look at this word as a hint to grow in their lives.
If we look at the brain we will find out that it was made up with cells that each and every day these cells regenerate when ever there is a need. Because the brain has got a mechanism that store more than a million things per second and it has got expandable memory storage mechanism that requires brain cells to be proactive when ever there is a need. And not everything that enters in the brain will be useful to the owner, no, but selection happens when you try to choose which you want your brain to store or save for you permanently. Yes because once your brain collects data which your senses have transferred into mass storage it firstly stores into short memory storage where the data awaits a response from mind to command whether that data has to be stored into permanent storage or not. But this can't happen without your attention or the feedback from you.
We sometimes found ourselves in the middle of not wishing to hear something which someone is trying to communicate with us just because we despise that person and you know what happens no matter what that person says it will just hit deaf ears why because we have commanded our brain not to save that information into our permanent memory storage in our brain. But once if we try to rethink what that person says the brain now start reprocess or browse that information from short momery storage where once has been processed or retrieved, it makes you now think into it and we sometimes found out people coming to us say "hey sorry for treating you badly earlier and I am ready to do this or that in right manner"..... And we sometimes get surprised how on the earth this person has agreed this from nowhere, though at first point it was something which we expected.
As we have seen the brain has got mechanism to diversify our information and it never take things lightly. We can see that every information that gets into our brain has got an impact in our lives whether positively or negatively. And this determines our decisions regarding what our brain feeds into.
Imagine what would have happened if our brain had only short term memory, do you think we could have managed to build all these things in this world? Do you think we could have had group of great Hafiz in this world?Our economy wouldn't have grown into great nationals without diversity of our brain memory, because whether the information we have been gathering in short or permanent memory storage had important role to play in our life. Because of that we managed to create burning desire to collect more information for what we wanted to achieve and that burning desire made our brain to be unlocked by authorizing any related information concerning our project to go straight into the main storage without stopping at the reception.
This is also true to our daily life and you will second with me that when we visit offices in different companies you will find Receptionist who will welcome each and every visitor into that office and at some point will agree with me that you have once seen or you have been even a victim for this where a receptionist once told you that wait here, the so so is busy at his office even though for what has brought you to his office is very of important. But in few minutes, someone comes in and ask the same person you wanted to see and the receptionist tells that person you can go and meet him, sir. How would you feel seeing this?
Levels! Aaah?
That same thing happens with our brain, so we shouldn't get worried much because the same thing happens in our brains. If I can take you back, you will remember that in this post I started with a quote which was saying "Forget the thief waiting in the alley to sn**ch your purse. What about the thief in your mind? There is wisdom in this quote and if we could use this qoute diligently we could see that the word will be antidote to what we do every day. Imagine again that whether me or you going to the same office again saying I am the owner of this company and I want to meet my Managing Director in his office right now? What do you think or imagine will be the first expression for that receptionist when hearing you introducing yourself like that? Well, that's where the turning point starts, LOL. Obviously, this receptionist will ask you with respect and help you accordingly. Because he or she has known you as the owner of the company. I know most of you are surprised to note this and you would like to know how could that be possible when at first you went at the same office and you were told to wait for so so since he or she was busy in office while someone get into the reception area and was told not to wait but to go and meet him or her in the office. And next time around you find yourself going to the same office and the receptionist welcomes you as the owner of the company. The simple answer is being the shareholder of that company and you can diversify yourself into being shareholder of different companies.
Some will still ask how could that be possible for the shareholder to be called the owner of the company. Well, once you got a portfolio of shares for that company you are automatically the owner of that company and those who are working in that company are answerable for everything that happens on that company. It's their responsibility to tell you as the shareholder what they have achieved and failed in the last financial year.
So imagine if you would have these permanent memory storages for your brain and your life how many great things would you achieve if happen that the world needs such great thinkers to help grow or develop Religious and economically aspects for world betterment. How many Zakaat would be collected annually and how many poor people would be helped in every aspects of their lives? And let's call this permanent memory storage a name as Stock investment.
I edge my fellow youth that lets we start diversifying our knowledge in different portfolios of life investment like Religiously and economically. We are the pillars of development.
There is this Turkish saying and I qoute "If in the Masjid (Mosque) you found out that there is no children praying at back during prayers just know that generation is dead"
I edge my fellow youth let's be active. Remember we are not the leaders of tomorrow but today because we can't be called men tomorrow if we are not yet prepared to be men of today when we are boys. How could you be responsible if you don't take a right step right now?
