WE DO NOT SERVICE MOBILE PHONES WITH FINANCIAL LOCKS IN MALAWI

We are writing to inform our customers that we do not unlock, service, or provide any technical support for mobile phones that have been locked due to financial restrictions, particularly those associated with the Yellow Solar Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) program in Malawi.

⚠️ FINANCIAL LOCK SYSTEM

When a phone is financed through Yellow Solar's PAYG plan, it is electronically locked to enforce the payment agreement.
This is a standard industry practice to protect the asset, similar to mobile money security measures where providers like TNM Mpamba and MACRA implement strict fraud prevention protocols .

🔒 WHY WE CAN NOT HELP

We are not affiliated with Yellow Solar or its financing partners . These locks can only be lifted by the original financing provider after the payment obligations are met.
Any attempt made to bypass these locks are:

1.llegal
Tampering with a financed device violates contractual agreements and local regulations.
2. Ineffective:
Our tools do not bypass these proprietary security systems.

🤝 WHAT YOU SHOULD DO

If your Yellow Solar-financed phone is locked, you must:

1. Contact Yellow Solar Directly
They are the only entities authorized to manage payment plans and unlock devices once obligations are met .

2. Check Your Payment Status:
Ensure all installments have been settled.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to assisting you with all other mobile service needs.

Samsung Exynos New Method for Enabling ADB for FRP remove

Use Samsung Tool (samsungtool.us) and EFT Pro Tool

New Method Released on 03.06.26

Follow the instructions

Open the Samsung Tool

Click on Exynos Frp and remove

Reset your device using hard reset

Leave the phone on the Start menu

Click "Start," then connect your device in MTP mode

Wait for the device to restart into Download mode

Wait until the tool executes the payload and enables Adb root access

The phone will reboot unto normal mode
Wait for automatic USB reset

Then the Tool will fail to reset Frp due to Incorrect directory for persistence erasing

Use EFT Pro Tool and go to the new option for FRP EXYNOUS FRP reset

Wait for the process to finish

Congratulations! The bypass operation is now complete.

(Important Note: If the method does not succeed on the first attempt, perform a factory reset on the device and try again.)

For Advanced Repairing only

1. Connect the ISP Pinouts to F64 Ultra
2. Once the IC is connected, go to the partition tab
3. Set the read format size to 256 MB and read all the Raw Access: User, Boot-A, Boot-B, RPMB, and EXT_CSD (except FFU)
4. Read all the security partitions such as Protect1, Protect2, Sec cfg, Nvram, Nvdata, Efs, Sec_Efs, Sec 1
5. Turn the eMMC into Power OFF mode
6. Enter Boot mode by shorting RST to the ground and change the voltage (Previously in ISP Mode, VCC: 3.0, VCCQ: 2.40, CLK: 104 MHz). Now set the CLK to 52 MHz and press connect
7. Once connected, write the FFU provided (make sure FULL FACTORY RESET SETTINGS and SMART PATCHES are enabled)
8. Write EXT_CSD
9. Write a Clean User file
10. Write CSC and BL from the official firmware
11. Remove the F64 from the PC and plug off the USB from the phone, and wait for 15 minutes
12. Reconnect again and see if RPMB options are back
13. If they are back proceeding to Read RPMB, and if not, proceed with the steps
14. Configure boot before removing ISP points
15. Flash official firmware or just power the device on and resolder the points.
16. Once connected, read RPMB
17. Reset counter on RPMB
18. Write the provided RPMB
19. Configure boot (Should be boot enabled)
20. Restore backup partitions, especially the security partition
21. Unlock OEM on F64 Option
22. Remove the soldered points
23. Unlock the bootloader using keys
24. Enter the download mode and check the status, and it should appear as below:
FRP: OFF
OEM: OFF (U)
KG: Complete (11)
25. Write the Knox file
26. After finish cross check the following to confirm if all is done
BINARY: Custom
FRP: OFF
OEM: OFF (U)
KG: Complete (11)
27. Power on the device and check if IMEI and baseband are okay
28. Done
