**Job Scope**
- Load and unload goods on lorries (fertilizers - 50kg, organic fertilizers like chicken dung, peat moss, 20L herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, etc.)

**Requirements**
- Physically strong and able to carry heavy loads
- Responsible and reliable
- Minimum age: 18 years old (legal working age)
- No experience is required; training is provided

**Salary & Benefits:**
- Minimum wage: RM 1,700/month
- EPF and PERKESO included
- Opportunity for growth

**Working Hours**
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Sunday: Off day

【肥料怎麼來？】磷酸二銨

磷酸二銨 (Diammonium phosphate, DAP)是世界上最普遍被使用的磷肥，在肥料工業中，它是由兩種常見的成分所製成的，而且因為它所含養分含量很高以及良好的物理特性，使它深受歡迎。


《製程》
磷酸銨肥料最先在1960年代出現，接著磷酸二銨（DAP）就迅速變成同一等級產品中最受歡迎的肥料，它是由磷酸和氨氣在控制下反應而成，高溫的懸浮液經過冷卻、造粒並過篩。DAP在運輸及儲藏方面都有有很好的特性，比較不具危險性或容易潮解。標準的DAP養分含量是18-46-0（Ｎ－Ｐ－Ｋ），肥料的養分含量若低於此，就不會被標示為DAP。
要製造出一噸的DAP，大約需要1.5-2噸的磷礦石，和0.4噸的硫來溶解礦石，以及0.2噸的氨氣。若改變這些原料的品質或含量，都會影響最終DAP的品質及有效性，高養分含量的DAP有助於減少運輸、裝載、應用上的成本，DAP在世界許多地方都有在生產製造，是廣泛貿易的肥料商品。


《農業使用》
DAP肥料是植物在磷及氮方面很好的來源，具高度溶解性，可以迅速在土裡溶解並釋放出植物可利用的磷及氨態氮，DAP值得注意的一個特點是，肥料顆粒周圍的ｐＨ會為鹼性的。
當氨態氮從溶解的DAP顆粒釋放的時候，揮發的氨氣會傷害最靠近肥料的幼苗和植物根系，這個潛在的傷害在ｐＨ大於７（鹼性）時更容易發生，而因為肥料特性，土壤中DAP顆粒的周圍本來就比較容易成鹼性，代表施用ＤＡＰ普遍是存在著植物受氨氣傷害的風險。所以為了避免幼苗被傷害，需要注意不要放太多DAP在正在發芽的種子附近。
存在於DAP的氨態氮是植物氮來源，它會經由土壤細菌作用逐漸轉化成硝態氮，這個過程會降低土壤ｐＨ值（酸化），所以DAP顆粒周圍ｐＨ值的提高只是短暫的影響，而最一開始DAP周圍土壤ｐＨ值的提升也會影響磷和土壤之間的微小反應。


《使用方法》
不同類型的磷肥在土壤中會進行不同的化學反應，但這些不同隨著時間過去（數周或數月）就變得沒那麼重要了，和它們所含的植物營養相比，這些不同的化學反應就更沒什麼了。像是許多DAP和ＭＡＰ（monoammonium phosphate，磷酸一銨）的田間比較都顯示它們對於植物生長或產量沒有太大差別，因為它們所含磷含量是差不多的，若皆正確施用，兩者間所呈現的差距並不會太大。


《非農業使用》
DAP的運用相當多，像是把DAP和其他材料混合的阻燃劑若提前噴灑在森林，可以預防火災的發生，當火災未發生，這些DAP也可當作植物營養來源。DAP也用於許多工業製程，像是金屬表面加工。它也普遍地被加在酒當中來維持酵母菌發酵，或是加在起士中幫助起士發酵。
