煎面粉糕
材料：
普通面粉 180g
糖 80g +-
水 200ml +-
鸡蛋 2粒

- 适量牛油 →放平底锅煎

做法：
1）首先将所有材料混合一起，搅拌至无颗粒。
2）锅热后放点牛油，放上一勺面糊。
3) 摇成圆形，中火煎至两面金黄色就完成啦。
