快速版的🍐 冰糖雪梨燕窝做法
材料（1–2人）
德记鲜炖燕窝 一瓶（5克干燕窝）
雪梨 1个
清水 300ml
枸杞 5粒
1. 雪梨洗净、去皮或不去皮都可以。
切成小块或把中间的部分挖开
不去皮的话雪梨味更浓
2. 先炖雪梨
雪梨 + 300ml水放入炖盅。
隔水炖约 20–30分钟。
最后5分钟再加入枸杞。
3. 把鲜炖燕窝开瓶倒入即可食用
