REVO 'AERMASTER' VINTAGE STREAMLINED 12" OSCILLATING DESK TABLE FAN FWO 1950S

This stunning and solidly engineered table fan - the Aermaster - was manufactured by REVO Electric Co. Ltd of Tipton and featured in their 1955 catalogue. The impressive design shows both contemporary Atomic and 1930s/40s American Streamlining influences.and It has a cast alloy base, aluminium blades, steel wire cage, a cast alloy motor housing and a pressed steel back cover.
It has a three-speed motor with a selector switch at the rear, and oscillating gear housed in the torpedo casing behind the motor. The oscillator is engaged by turning the knurled k**b clockwise, or anticlockwise to disengage.
