本店商品购买须知：

�️ 定金交付下单后我们会将定金交给工厂。定金不支持退款，若出现工厂跑路情况，本店将全额定金退还给顾客


�️收到商品后请开箱验货，若有损坏请尽快通知本店 , 由于手办雕像的特殊性，尽可能在工厂的售后期间取得售后维修

我们会帮忙联络工作室，询问工作室如何处理。理想情况 下，小运损、断件工作室都会补发配件，若运损严重 则会安排寄回工作室／本地师傅修理
(运费／修理费由顾客自行承担)


�️由于手办雕像均为人工上色，存在小瑕疵、溢色、掉漆属于正常现象


�️产品补款周期大多数均为7－10天，逾期将当作弃单处理, 定金不退。


�️盒子由于长途运输、搬运过程若有损坏属于正常现象，盒控／八角战士请慎购买！
