我们的故事，不只是从仁嘉隆开始，
它也从砂拉越的一棵棵水椰树开始。
在那里，亚答糖经过6-8 小时慢火熬煮，才能熬出浓郁的焦糖香；
在这里，我们用 40 多年的贡糖手艺，把这份风味细细传承。

✨ 一个负责用心做。
从选花生、熬糖、拉糖到切糖，每一步都讲究火候与人的判断。
靠的是经验，
更靠的是一份坚持。❤️
我们一直相信，一份值得分享的味道，不只是因为好吃，而是因为它承载着一群人认真做好每一件事的初心。

And so does Heritaste Pounded Peanut Candy. 🤎
Our story begins in two places — with the gula apong from Sarawak, and the town of Jenjarom, where our traditional pounded peanut candy craftsmanship continues to thrive. 🌴
In Sarawak, gula apong is slowly simmered for 6–8 hours, allowing it to develop its rich caramel aroma and natural sweetness. Here in Jenjarom, we continue the journey with over 40 years of traditional pounded peanut candy craftsmanship, carefully preserving this unique heritage flavour.
✨ One takes time to create natural sweetness.
✨ The other takes dedication to turn it into a tradition.
From selecting the finest peanuts and cooking the sugar, to pulling the candy and cutting every piece, each step requires patience, experience, and a careful understanding of heat and timing.
Our craft is built on decades of experience,
and carried forward by a passion for preserving tradition. ❤️
We believe that a meaningful taste is more than just delicious — it reflects the people, dedication, and memories behind every piece.
