POKÉMON TCG GYM BATTLE REPORT – 29TH AUGUST

What an incredible night of Pokémon TCG action at SP Card Games! Our 29th August GYM Battle delivered intense matchups, exciting plays, and a Top 4 packed with completely different decks!

After fighting his way through the competition, Chin Chia Voon rose to the top and claimed the GYM Battle Championship with his FESTIVAL LEAD Deck! A brilliant performance from start to finish and another huge victory for Festival Lead!

Hot on his heels was Au, who powered his Basic Box Deck all the way to an impressive 1st Runner-Up finish!

And the battle for the Top 4 was just as fierce!

SP CARD GAMES SEASON 1, SESSION 1 OF THE GREAT BALL LEAGUE EVENT REPORT

Another Great Ball League is officially in the books — and what an incredible day of Pokémon TCG action at SP Card Games!

The competition was fierce from the very first round. Trainers came prepared, decks were put to the test, and every match mattered as players battled their way through the Swiss rounds for a chance to finish at the top!

After a full day of intense matchups, clutch plays and hard-fought games, one Trainer stood above the rest...

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR GREAT BALL LEAGUE CHAMPION — CHIA YU SONG!

Chia Yu Song delivered an outstanding performance throughout the tournament with his Slowking Deck, overcoming the competition round after round and ultimately securing the Great Ball League championship!

A fantastic achievement and a very well-deserved victory. Congratulations, Yu Song!

Right behind him was Ng Wei Ren, who had an impressive tournament run with Cynthia’s Garchomp Deck!

Wei Ren battled his way through a tough field and finished the day as our 1st Runner-up. An excellent performance and a strong finish — congratulations!

A huge THANK YOU to every Trainer who joined us for the Great Ball League at SP Card Games.

The tournament isn’t only about who takes home the top prize — it’s about the battles, the deck choices, the close games, the friendships and the community that makes every event special.
