A traditional way of winnowing using a woven bamboo sieve. It takes careful and precise movements to separate the cacao nibs from its husks. As husks are lighter than nibs, manual sieving uses the power of the wind and gravity together.

It's flashback Friday to a farm trip in Calinan! It's where we witnessed and learned about how our awesome farmers nurture, take care and harvest these beautiful cacao pods, turning its beans into some delicious chocolates that we now enjoy! 🍫🍫🍫
