Terms & Conditions:
- All items are pre-order based unless stated 'ready stock'.
- Closing date for every PRE ORDER will be updated from time to time.
- After the pre-order batch has ended, it usually takes around 2 weeks (10 working days) to reach you.
- Your comment/inbox will be replied within 24hours, kindly remind us if you do not get any replies.
- Method of payment is by Bank Transfer
to MAYBANK only.
- First come first served basis.
- No last minute cancellation/back-out.
- Items are NOT EXCHANGEABLE and NOT REFUNDABLE.
-For pre order, items may be hold up or shipping may be delayed due to custom checking delays or any other exceptional cases.
- Colours of the items may differ slightly from the actual pieces due to lighting of the display pictures.
- We will not be held responsible for any damage or lost items during delivery.
- Order will only be placed after payment is received.
- No cancellation can be made after order has been confirmed.
- Payment will be refund if we fail to restock.
- Items will be delivered to your doorstep via Poslaju.

(i) RM7 for Peninsular Malaysia
(ii) RM10 for Labuan, Sabah & Sarawak
