1. 桃胶提前一晚放水泡软，挑去杂质

3. 放入1500ml的水，红枣，龙眼和冰糖煮至冰糖融化。（可加1-2片班兰叶提味）

桃胶雪莲子雪燕的功效

桃胶雪莲子雪燕是一种养生价值极高的食物，尤其是对于女性而言，桃胶雪莲子雪燕的滋补效果可以说是非常大的，正因此，不少有着一定的条件的女性，都会选择做桃胶雪莲子雪燕来吃。那么具体功效是什么呢？
一、祛痰开窍——雪莲子
本草纲目中记载雪莲子有辛温、祛痰、抗菌活血、降血压、养心性之作用，是保肝润肺养颜美容的佳品。

因泡发后晶莹剔透与燕窝较像，故取名雪燕，有补水保湿，减脂润肠。
雪燕不是由树皮层分泌，是由雪燕树的木髓分泌，就如同人的骨髓和血液的区别。它含有D-半乳糖醛酸，D-半乳糖，L-岩藻糖，D-木糖，L-阿拉伯糖等等。

四、润而不滞是银耳
《本草纲目》载，银耳“味甘平，清肺热，济肾燥，强心神，益气血”。菌类都有滋阴效果，对于银耳来讲，尤其是这样，而且滋润而不腻滞。
