📢 JOB VACANCY: OPERATION EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a responsible and capable Operation Executive to join our team at Warisan Square, Kota Kinabalu.
Salary: RM2,800 per month
Includes EPF, SOCSO and EIS
Requirements:
* Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification
* Relevant working experience in property or building management
* Able to communicate effectively in Chinese, English and Malay
* Possess own transport
* Able to supervise staff and coordinate daily operations
* Responsible, observant and capable of solving problems independently
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to handle documents, reports and operational matters
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the building
* Supervise and coordinate operational staff and contractors
* Conduct inspections and follow up on maintenance matters
* Handle feedback, complaints and operational issues professionally
* Prepare reports, records and other relevant documentation
* Ensure common areas are maintained properly
* Assist management with administrative and operational duties
* Ensure building rules, procedures and safety requirements are followed
