What separates a good groove from a great one?
It's the ghost notes.
These quiet snare hits may be subtle, but they add feel, texture, and personality to your drumming. Without them, a beat can sound clean but mechanical. With them, the groove breathes and comes alive.
Think of it this way:
Main snare = the statement
Ghost notes = the conversation in between.
Master small details, and your playing will sound more natural, dynamic, and professional.
