Are you passionate about e-commerce, live streaming, and fashion? HLA Garment Malaysia is looking for E-Commerce Interns to join our dynamic team! This internship offers hands-on experience in the fast-growing world of e-commerce, covering live streaming, content creation, and daily e-commerce operations.

As an intern, you will be involved in:

1) Live Streaming & Hosting:

Assist in planning and hosting live streaming sessions on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada to promote men’s fashion products.

Engage with online audiences, showcase products, and answer customer inquiries in real-time.

Support in managing live stream setups, including lighting, cameras, and audio.

2) Live Stream Operations & Coordination:

Monitor live streaming performance, analyze data, and suggest improvements.

Coordinate with the marketing team to plan content and promotional campaigns.

Assist In handling customer feedback and inquiries from live streams.

3) Content Creation & Video Editing:

Work closely with the photography and video production team to create engaging short videos for TikTok, Shopee, and other platforms.

Assist in video shooting, basic editing, and post-production tasks.

Brainstorm creative concepts to improve content engagement.

4) E-Commerce Daily Operations:

Assist in managing online stores, updating product listings, and ensuring accurate product information.

Support order processing, inventory checks, and promotional activities.

Conduct market research to understand trending styles and online shopping behaviors.

Requirements:

· Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, Media, Communications, or related fields.

· Passionate about fashion, e-commerce, and live streaming.

· Comfortable in front of the camera and able to engage with an online audience.

· Basic knowledge of video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or other editing software is a plus).

· Familiar with social media platforms, especially TikTok, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live.

Basic Salary RM 4000-RM 5200
(Separate Store Commissions)
Responsibilities
Fully responsible for all the stores operating management, supervising, guiding, and improving employees’ performance overall
Sales of motivation staff enthusiasm, help stores achieve monthly sales target
Actively collect market information and report to company
Handling customer complaints and problems related to the store management
Carry through the company instruction and accomplish other task assigned by the leadership
Stock Management that involves stock take, ordering, storing, tracking and monitoring stock levels
Data Analysis in process of cleaning, changing, and processing raw data and extracting actionable, relevant information that helps businesses make informed decisions. The procedure helps reduce the risks inherent in decision-making by providing useful insights and statistics, often presented in charts, images, tables, and graphs
Requirement:
1.Fluent in Chinese and English, Able to communicate in Chinese will be advantage
2.Candidate must possess at least diploma or degree.
3.At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field especially having working experience in Uniqlo/Zara/H&M/Padini brand will be preferable,
4.Preferably Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Position Description:
1.Responsible to liberate overall business development and responsibility toward the company requirement.
2.Your duty shall be including as follow:
Follow visual directives via photographs and company visual campaign book when executing store set-ups. Adapt or substitute in a brand appropriate manner to make visual merchandising suitable to regional needs
3.Provide PowerPoint recaps from all store visits to be shared with company headquarters
4.Implementand maintain visual displays and merchandising to maximize store business
5.Analyzethe store sales data and inventory every week, and adjust the display of best sellers ,less sellers and goods with large inventory according to the requirements of the headquarter.
6.Executes Display for windows, merchandising and special events throughout region
7. Remain aware of the competition in retail visual industry standards in the marketplace
8. Receive regular exhibition training from Headquarters.

Requirements:

Working experience in the apparel retailing field will be preferred.
