We had 2 special blocks of Argentinian Angus Devasa Picanha that was rubbed with Sake & Miso paste to dry age for 42days. Only 1 block was sold to a special client, and these are her photos. 3 of them finished an entire 920g block. (pre aging weight was 1.35kg).

Wait for the other block, we will be cooking and eating it next weekend!

Yes we gloat, cause we could bring our own Sher Wagyu Striploin MB7 slices to add into this super delicious bowl of rich long-cooked beefy broth of pho .my.

We even got some of those wagyu minced to uplevel the Banh Trang Nuong (Grilled paper roll with minced pork)
