Our little way of celebrating Malaysia… 🇲🇾
We’ve always loved creating Malaysian elements in our own little ways — different colours, different styles, different stories. 🇲🇾
Over the past two years, there’s been a little shift in what we create — we’ve found ourselves putting more love and intention into our Malaysian culture, our own identity, and the little things that make Malaysia, Malaysia.
What we really want is to tell more people how beautiful Malaysia is, while reminding ourselves not to forget where we come from. 🤍
And honestly, one of our favourite things is seeing Malaysians wear them proudly, while travellers pick them up as a little keepsake or gift from Malaysia.
That’s what we hope our pieces can do:
For Malaysians, keep a little bit of our culture in everyday wear.
For travellers, bring a little bit of Malaysia home with you.
So when you see a hibiscus,
“Ahhh, Malaysia’s national flower.” 🌺
When you see nasi lemak,
“Ahhh, Malaysian favourite.” 🍚
Little things that make you go,
“Yep, that’s Malaysia.” 🇲🇾
And there are still so many Malaysian elements we wish we could have captured in this post — hornbills, the KLCC Twin Towers, and so many more little pieces of home.
We’ve made them, we just didn’t manage to photograph everything this time. 😂
But there’s always more Malaysia to celebrate. 🇲🇾❤️
Happy Merdeka, Malaysia!
