As the original heel tips were not available, our technician replaced them with suitable alternative heel tips that match the size and structure of the heels. The worn heel tips were carefully removed, and the new heel tips were fitted and secured with a metal pin to ensure proper grip, stability, and a neat finish, restoring balance and making the heels comfortable to wear again👠
