Chan Yew | Celine bag : Reinforce & repair right side handle end

This Celine bag came in with a damaged right side handle end that required reinforcement and repair. Our technician carefully examined the affected area before reinforcing the weakened section with additional support material to strengthen the handle connection

The damaged leather was then carefully repositioned and securely stitched back into place using matching thread. The handle edge was carefully prepared before being revarnished in multiple thin layers to restore a smooth and even edge finish. Once completed, the handle end was reinforced to improve its durability and stability while maintaining the original shape and structure of the bag. This process restored both the function and overall appearance of the handle

Chan Yew | Fendi bag : Reinforce & stitch inner lining torn

This Fendi bag came in with a torn inner lining at the front top that required reinforcement and repair. Our technician carefully reinforced the damaged area by adding a backing material behind the torn section to provide extra support to strengthen the weakened fabric

The torn lining was then carefully aligned and neatly restitched to restore its structure and prevent the tear from spreading further. The repair was completed with a clean and secure finish, helping to restore both the functionality and appearance of the bag's interior

Chan Yew | Gucci Wallet : Replace whole leather binding

This wallet came in with the leather binding heavily worn and peeling along the edges. As the original binding could no longer be restored, our technician replaced the entire wallet leather binding using our genuine leather

The old binding was carefully removed before the new leather binding was cut, shaped, and fitted to match the wallet’s structure. It was then neatly attached and finished to ensure durability, clean edges, and a refined look, restoring the wallet’s overall appearance and function

Chan Yew | LV Bag: Custom make both side leather tabs

This bag came in with both side leather tabs damaged and no longer suitable for repair. Our technician carefully custom made two new leather tabs using high quality vachetta leather

The original measurements were taken before the new leather tabs were cut, shaped, edge finished, and fitted to the bag. They were then securely stitched and reinforced to ensure durability and proper support, restoring both the function and appearance of the bag

Chan Yew | Gucci Platform Sandal: Reglue both heel outsoles

These Gucci platform sandal came in with outsole separation issues on both sides. The left heel had a slight opening at the outsole, while the right shoe outsole was completely detached

Our technician first cleaned and removed the old adhesive residue from both surfaces before applying strong bonding glue. The outsoles were then carefully aligned and reattached. The right outsole was fully secured back in place, while the left side was reinforced and sealed to prevent further opening. Final pressing was done to ensure strong adhesion, durability, and a neat finish, restoring the heels back to wearable condition🥳

This bag came in with a damaged drawstring loop and a worn middle buckle strap. Our technician carefully removed the affected parts before preparing new leather pieces that match the original size and design as closely as possible. The new middle buckle strap and drawstring loop were then measured, cut, and stitched securely in place to ensure proper function and a neat finish. The repair restores the bag’s usability while maintaining a look that blends well with its original appearance✨

This YSL bag came in with wavy leather around the female magnetic button area. Our technician carefully treated the affected area using controlled steam and heat to help relax and smooth the leather

The leather was gently steamed and adjusted to reduce the waviness while maintaining the original shape and structure of the bag. This process helps improve the overall appearance and restores a neater look to the leather surface around the magnetic button
