Are you passionate about finance, collections, and building strong client relationships? KITA Retail Management Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a Credit Control Officer to join our Finance Department.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing accounts receivable, following up on outstanding payments, engaging with retail tenants, and supporting the Company's cash flow through effective credit control practices.

What We're Looking For:
βœ… Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
βœ… 1–3 years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or debt collection
βœ… Experience in shopping mall, property management, or retail operations is an advantage
βœ… Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
βœ… Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently
βœ… Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
