*Good in written and verbal communicate in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia

*Have experience in customer services

*Have knowledge in graphic design (adobe illustrator & photoshop) will be added advantages

*passionate and responsible

,*Self-motivated , willing to learn & work independently

*Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

*Manage online shopping platform lazada, shopee

,*Attend customer inquiry via online chat bot, whatsapp and emails

*Reply customer inquiry and follow up customer's order

*prepare basic product design artwork for customer approval
