Threshold - Emergence is concerned with what happens in between when forms are present, yet remain unresolved.

Depicting a mountainous landscape, the painting explores how images can emerge through accumulation: one mark covering another, fragments remaining visible, and new forms appearing almost by accident. The threshold is not a clear boundary, but a space where recognition and ambiguity meet. Meaning emerges through layers of marks, traces, and uncertainty.

Ramadan New Arrivals ✨

Mazuki Muhammad (b. 1977) is a talented painter from Kelantan known for his mastery in watercolour, as well as skills in acrylic and batik canting. His works often depict village life and beachscapes, inspired by the East Coast of Malaysia, and are celebrated for their vibrant colours and delicate detail.

Active since 1996, Mazuki has participated in over 12 group exhibitions, including with PESENI and the Kelantan Art Gallery. He has also won multiple awards, notably first prizes in several national landscape painting contests from 2013 to 2014.
