我真的很执着。🤎

很多人觉得，
Cheesecake 不就是 Cheesecake？

为什么一定要用日本窯炉？
为什么一定要花这么多时间熟成？♨️

我一直相信，
真正经典的 Cheesecake，

不是一直加配料，
而是把简单做到不简单。

所以这么多年，

我们没有一直追着流行口味跑。

反而花了很多年的时间，

只为了做好这一颗

✨🧀 Kamayaki Cheesecake。

Ta最大的魅力，

不是那些看得见的装饰。

而是窯烧后，
表面那一层微微焦香，
里面依然湿润、细腻、入口即化。

这个平衡，
我们调整了无数次。

温度差一点，
不行。

时间差一分钟，
也不行。

所以直到今天，
依然坚持每一颗出炉后熟成 24 小时。

今天差点迟到。

早餐还是老样子。
长命草 Latte x Calbee谷粮！
出门 💨

以前总觉得早餐可有可无。

现在反而觉得，
一天怎么开始…
往往决定了，今天会变成什么样子。

一早赶回 Studio，
见了一对来自日本静冈的夫妻。

聊的不是蛋糕，
而是接下来一起筹备的“日本料理”课程。

从小喜欢看《樱桃小丸子》。
而认识了静岡県🇯🇵

没想到长大以后…
因为工作，
身边认识了很多来自静岡的朋友

第一次飞日本上wagashi课，
也是在静岡。

现在回头看，
为什么我总会遇见来自静冈的人？

这一切，
好像都从《樱桃小丸子》开始。
