🧴 使用方法（Usage）

🪄 正确洗头步骤
1. 先彻底打湿头发
2. 取适量洗发水（约1–2 pump）
3. 在手心加水起泡
4. 重点按摩头皮（不是抓头发）
👉 用指腹轻轻按摩 30–60秒
5. 停留约1分钟（让活性成分作用）
6. 用清水彻底冲洗干净
