本店一概不负责以下突发状况：
We are not responsible for:
1. 空运包清关，不包Tax。但是中Tax的几率接近0，若遇上Tax，亲们必须自行解决。
We are using the air express which excluded the tax, however, the probability being taxed are approximately 0. Therefore if any stock being taxed, dear customer are liable to pay the tax.
2. 货物风险
* 货物在运途中发生任何意外，损坏，遗失，海关没收一切责任归于买家。
* 如果包裹破损，必须马上，当场，立刻拍照通知本店，接着确认该包裹内部是否也有 损失，本店将会把损失减至最低。
* 若是本店发少/错货，一定要拍下订单及货物照片至本店以便证实。
Risk of stock receiving
* We are not responsible for any accident, lost, or spoil of the stock during the transportation, but we can help dear customer to minimize the lost.
* If the appearance of parcel is broken when receiving, please capture the picture of the parcel and send it immediately to us, then make sure whether all the stock are in good condition, we will minimize the lost.
* If there is any shortage and wrong order, please capture the receipt and the stock to us.
3. 所有照片仅供参考之用，任何色差，尺寸，质量的问题本店一概不负责。
The picture provided just for reference, we don’t take the responsibility for any problem with colour, size and quality.
4. 预购是有一定的风险的，有时不一定会在预定的时间内到达的，请耐心等候。
Pre-order has certain risks, sometimes the stock may not arrive on time.
5. 所有提供抵达货运天数，不含节日/假日假期，天气影响/海关处理等延误。如果有所延迟本店将不会承担延误赔偿。
The time recommended for the stock receiving are not include weekends, public holiday, weather condition and custom problem, we are not responsible for any lateness.
6. 只有在货物缺货的情况向才会退款, 所有售出商品恕不退还或更换。
Only shortage can be claimed for the refund, any sold item are not allow to exchange and refund.
7. 顾客如果下单与让本店承担货运服务，等同接受以上条款。
If dear customer make any order with us, it means that accepted the rules above.
